A Slip Dress Styled 5 Ways & Cute Finds Under $50

Spring is one of my favorite seasons to shop for—I love seeing all of the new trends, but I think my favorite part is all of the bright colors and patterns that give us a little change from our darker winter wardrobe. Placed an order with Walmart recently and stocked up on some really cute and affordable pieces I wanted to share with y’all! I’ve been on the hunt for an Easter dress and some options I can pack with me on vacation next week for my 30th birthday. Fell in love with the yellow slip dress I found (I ordered a small!) and literally can’t believe the price and the quality. Definitely a spring closet staple because it’s so versatile. Sharing a few ways to style a slip dress like this along with the other pieces I snagged below!

Shopping on Walmart‘s website might be a little overwhelming at first because they have SO much good stuff, so I find it helpful to either filter by Women’s New Arrivals, or narrow it down and search by some of my fav brands like Scoop, Time & Tru and Free Assembly. Hope this helps you place your next Walmart order and gives you some easy outfit ideas for the next few weeks!

Yellow Slip Dress

Told you this dress was so pretty! I really like the slit on this dress, it crosses over the front slightly, making it a little different than most slip dresses I’ve seen. Love how many ways this can be worn! I ordered a small and it fits great, loose in all the right places but not too oversized or baggy.

Oversized Beach Bag

I’m really into straw bags this spring, it’s one of my favorite spring accessories! Thought the detail on this bag was really cute and looked handmade, but the tote also comes in a few other colors including a solid woven pattern. Will definitely be bringing this on my next beach vacation!

Smocked Waist Midi Skirt

I’ve shared before how much I love midi skirts, so knew this skirt would be so good and easy to style! I wore these so much with my bump, they’re a go-to for me. Thought this was simple but pretty with the subtle ruffles.

Cutout Sweater

Cutouts are one of the spring trends I’ve been loving lately! This sweater is really unique, and love the mock-neck. The cutout on this is really classy and think this oatmeal color is so pretty, but I will say that the fabric is a little on the itchy side (I have really sensitive skin). Could be worn this spring and again in the fall!

Drawstring Romper

This linen romper would be so good for vacation! Looks like elevated resort wear. High-waisted bottoms with drawstring and shorts that aren’t too short.

One Shoulder Ruffle Top

This top just screams spring to me! The color, the ruffle, the one shoulder…so good. Also comes in white and would be such a good top to add into your wardrobe this summer. Paired with the best dupe for Tkees sandals I’ve been able to find. These sandals are really comfy and easy to throw on with a dress, shorts or jeans.

Thank you Walmart for partnering on this post!
