Dressing up for a date night is always fun, but there’s something about Valentine’s Day that makes it even more exciting! Give me all the reds, pinks and dramatic print dresses. Still not sure what Ted and I will be doing this year to celebrate but thought I wanted to order a few things from Nordstrom to try on and share some inspo if you girls are going out! Whenever I have an event, holiday or photoshoot on the calendar or even just need need something new when the seasons change, Nordstrom is seriously always my first stop. I usually filter their women’s clothing to see New Arrivals first, then will filter by brands or category to refine the search. Ended up finding a few cute, festive Vday dresses to share with y’all!! If you’re getting dolled up for date night, hopefully these will give you some ideas! And if you’re staying in and watching chick flicks (one of the best ways to celebrate valentine’s day), I’m cheer-sing you with a glass of wine from a far!

Pink Blazer // small // this oversized blazer is the cutest color in person! Looks a little more pink and bubblegum colored than it does online. It’s pretty lightweight so would be perfect to wear into the spring or summer. Layer over a dress or wear with jeans and a bodysuit, and heels, boots or sneakers. Really versatile.

Pink Mini Dress // small // this pink dress was so pretty on Katy! Has really pretty ruffle detail on the sleeves and only $60! Could be worn with heels or sneaks.

Halter Neck Red Jumpsuit // small // under $50 // Hot jumpsuit for a night out! Definitely shows a little cleavage but good quality and a fun neckline.

Baby Doll Tweed Dress // small // thought this dress was so darling! The tweed makes it warmer for the winter, but still the cutest babydoll style so really flirty and fun with a pair of heels.

Black Tulle Midi Dress // small // this tulle dress is a great black event dress but does have a pretty deep v-neck so would keep that in mind if you order. Looks designer and way more $$ than it is!

Satin Balloon Sleeve Dress // small // Loved the color and fabric of this! Short and flowy but has a high neck for a little more coverage. Would be perfect to wear to dinner and a great price point.

Organza A-Line Gown // small // this purple pattern is really unique and doesn’t necessarily scream Valentine’s Day, but still soft and floral so could def be worn for an event! Looks so high end but under $100!

Lace Mermaid Dress // 6 // lots of pretty details on this dress from the capped sleeve to the eyelet detail to the ruffle mermaid hem. Thought it looked really pretty on Katy and was a cute take on a lace look. Katy is a size 4 so the 6 was a little big so I would stick tts!

Satin Long Sleeve Midi Dress // small // this satin dress is gorgeous and a really pretty champagne color. Added a thin belt to this for a more defined waist.

Ruffle Sleeve Midi Dress // XS // The ruffles on this is too cute not to wear on vday! This one is selling out in a lot of colors, so linking an almost identical dress from the same brand here that’s in stock and also comes in pink!

Pleated Long Sleeve Romper // small // love the pleats of this romper and the tie waist! Have this in dark green that I wore for the holidays. Very flattering and can wear with boots or heels!
