I am a huge fan of dresses that cover your entire neck. Something about them makes them my favorite “go to” dresses. I snatched this darling dress during Cyber Monday and I am not mad about it. It is 40% off today but only have one size left sadly! I did link similar looks above. I am in love with the crochet and I even got a compliment from hubby about this dress! I paired it with some nude pumps and jade purple earrings. I really am obsessing over these purple Kendra earrings. I typically have a hard time choosing Kendras since most of mine are fun colored and I can’t add lipstick since its so close to the face (anyone else have this problem?!). This purple allows me to add my NYC lipstick with out looking funky and they go together so well. I am a huge fan of misguided selection on Nordstrom that you can shop them here.
So I have had a mad crush on winter lights slash whites. Something about this pairing makes it so crisp and ready for some snow to fall. I paired such a simple outfit but with the right colors it can complete any outfit. That is something I have learned lately. Color plays a HUGE part in style/fashion and it is so important to pay attention to the detail of colors. I kind of stopped wearing my colored pants since I have grown out of that style but some neutrals such as this one, I think is staying. & how darling are these pale pink pants that are a little ripped and next one my list.
Thanks for stopping by Buttercups! Means the world. OH & I stole my friends darling golden doodle for this shoot. We all were at the grand opening of a friends food truck called Oddball Eats. If you are in Houston you should definitely try Oddball out!
This is the perfect holiday look that I had to share for all of you all that have holiday parties coming up. The print on this Topshop dress is so festive! I also paired it with this fab cape that is sadly sold out (just for now) but I linked a similar one. We stopped by this look alike Christmas tree farm and I thought it fit the theme pretty well. Chewy of course had to jump in with his adorable “Dear, Santa Define Good” sweater. Man I love that puppy dog.
Thanks for stopping by buttercups! I hope you enjoy your weekend. We plan to start Christmas festivities and I have a FULL schedule of photo shoots this weekend .

So as you can tell, black, white, and stripes have been my jam lately. I wore this darling outfit to a bloggers brunch that I was so honored to be invited by House of Hough. House of Hough holds a dear to my heart as I used them for my wedding, Clara the owner is such a role model, and all the girls there are the sweetest things ever. If you are looking for linens for your holiday hosting look no further and contact them. And don’t they know how to throw a party? Every detail was thought out of. Thanks ladies for including me in such a special event!
