I couldn’t tell you why “paper bag man” came to me when discovering that these shorts where called paper bag shorts, but it did. I can now see why these shorts have acquired such a silly name due to its high waisted ruffle top just like a paper bag. You know I love me some high waisted anything and these shorts are no exception. They are the perfect grab and go summer staple with its black and white gingham print! I paired it with this colorful crop top that is super cheap and has been a staple in my closet all season long. I don’t think I have mentioned this wallet that I have been carrying and I am so in love it’s not even funny. It’s a cross body and flat wallet all in one (GENIUS). I typically have this in my big purses and when I am running out the door or attending an event, this cross body is my go to.
