Last week I had the pleasure of attending New York Fashion Week for the third year in a row. Every season I walk out learning such valuable information about the industry, trends, and about myself. The number one question I have been getting from my friends is, what do you do there? Well let me tell ya! For me, my favorite part of fashion week is to meet with brands and other like minded bloggers. Typically we would wake up and go into full photoshoot ready glam, shoot a few outfit shots, attend PR meetings, maybe attend a show, try to fit in a meal, and attend parties that brands hold. Everyone’s schedule is different, but this year I learned to leave a lot of my schedule open for delays, photoshoot opportunities, and to eat! Attending each year is such a dream and I leave feeling inspired every year.

Honestly, in terms of fashion, by the time September comes around, I feel a little uninspired UNTIL I attend fashion week. Watching the new trends come out on the streets of nyc or on the runway is always inspiring. I mean how can you visit New York and not be inspired?! I am feeling refreshed and more than ever excited for this next season of fall and winter trends! Can’t wait to share with you all!
