The scarf trend is going strong and you probably know by now, I love hopping on the train and trying new ways to incorporate a trend into my wardrobe. I have been playing with the trend this entire weekend and I have learned a key element for pulling it off that I wanted to share.

Tanks and off-the-shoulders are perfect for this trend. Since you are tying something around your neck, typically a bare neck gives the scarf room to shine.

I found this babe for only $15 that is the perfect starting point to try a trend. I usually am not one to splurge before really getting to know if I will wear it or not. I also love that I can use these neck scarves as cute hair accessories as a headband. Be prepared to see a couple more styles of how to style a neck scarf in the future! Mother is a flight attendant, as you may know, so wearing a scarf reminds me of the strong lady she is, since she has been wearing one for the last 30 years!

Hope you enjoy the new trend as much as I do!

I currently am still in Seaside, but we just hopped over to a new location! We were at a beach house this weekend, that I will share tons about, and now are in more of a condo setting. We have a couple more days here to explore this cute little town!
