I have been living in this tee and is currently a fav! I realized I have been lacking the basic tee department so when I came across this one, I snagged it fast. It’s an incredibly soft material and the price is a steal. I wore it to church on Sunday, on our car ride to Fredsrickburg, and again yesterday. I am only human and if I really like something, I tend to grab it over and over. I styled this tee a different way each time but in the photos above, I wanted to share some ways you can make a basic tee look that much more dressed up.
Tips to accessorize a basic tee:
1. White jeans: wearing denim jeans really does dress down a look with a tee. Denim jeans are for everyday but styling a tee with black or white jeans takes it to another level. I def stand by these particular white jeans.
2. Accessorize: Adding a hat, bauble earrings, a bracelet stack, or even sunnies can make that basic tee that much better. Straw boater hats have been on major trend lately!
3. A bright lip: It’s officially spring, which means bring out those bright lips babe! I am a sucker for bright color lipstick and I keep grabbing this color to give a pop.
4. The right shoes: flip-flops would make this look meh and back to the basics. These mules elevate the look but are also as comfortable as some flip flops. They have been my go to when running out the door and I love them in black but come in 3 other colors! They also are on sale!
